Michelle Wilkinson Bio

Michelle has a robust corporate and securities law practice. She has a particular focus on advising clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, public and private equity financings, mining joint ventures, derivatives documentation and general corporate governance and compliance matters. Michelle acts for both public and private companies and advised a number of clients in connection with the formation, management and operation of public and private investment funds in Canada. Michelle works with clients in many industries, including biopharmaceutical, media, entertainment, transportation, mining and cannabis.
