He has led the defense of national and foreign companies in several of the most relevant litigation cases in recent years in matters of collusion, corporate, contractual, telecommunications and energy conflicts, among others. He permanently advises clients from a wide variety of industries on the design and implementation of negotiation and defense strategies, and also on non-contentious matters in the area of ​​free competition, such as preventive advice, control of concentration operations, investigations by the National Economic Prosecutor's Office, and, in general, in support for the definition of sensitive issues for the competitive development of his clients.
