Rodrigo Saffirio has focused his nearly 20 years of experience in the Corporate/M&A, Banking and Finance, Insolvency and Capital Markets fields. He has extensive experience in M&A, financing operations, securities and capital markets transactions, in addition to providing ongoing corporate advice to large companies, both locally and internationally. He has participated in a wide variety of banking and financial transactions, including project finance, structured finance, bond issuances and syndicated credit arrangements. He has also led a significant number of M&A transactions and complex insolvency proceedings, including Chapter 11 under US law.
