Pablo Mir Bio

Pablo Mir has dedicated his more than 30 years of experience to mining and natural resources law. He regularly advises national and foreign clients on mining operations, financing, mergers and acquisitions, and engineering and construction projects. He has extensive experience in strategic project advice, obtaining permits, and in special mining contracts, such as purchase option agreements, exploration contracts and joint venture contracts, among others. In January 2023, he assumed the co-presidency of the Mining Law Committee of the Energy, Environment, Natural Resources and Infrastructure Section of the International Bar Association (SEERIL – IBA).
