Pablo Gutierrez has focused his practice on labor, social security and immigration issues in the corporate world. He actively advises clients on their day-to-day labor matters, such as hiring and regulatory compliance; on long-term strategic issues; and on the labor analysis required for transactions including mergers, acquisitions and corporate reorganizations. His practice also includes the legal defense of his clients in courts of justice, as well as before administrative bodies. He has extensive experience in labor relations and in collective bargaining processes with labor unions. Finally, he also provides advice on immigration issues related to foreign executives and workers in Chile.
