Octavio Bofill Bio

Octavio Bofill has focused his more than 30 years of professional practice in the areas of corporate and commercial law – especially M&A, financing, reorganization and insolvency, and capital markets – advising national and international clients from various industries and sectors, including public and private organizations. He has been an Arbitrator at the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce (CAM) since 2009, and a member of the panel of Arbitrators of Concession Contracts of the Ministry of Public Works (MOP) since 2010.
