Luis Alberto Cruchaga has dedicated his nearly 15 years of experience to labor law matters. He has focused his practice on advising clients on corporate labor matters, immigration, regulatory compliance and due diligence reviews in mergers and acquisitions transactions, among others. In addition, he has extensive experience advising clients on complex labor relations and collective bargaining matters, as well as in the resolution of labor disputes, both in judicial and administrative proceedings.
