Andrea Abascal has dedicated her career to administrative law and M&A, with a focus on regulated markets such as life sciences, healthcare, food, medical devices and cosmetics, among others. He has vast experience advising local and international clients on administrative processes, public tenders, health summaries, market entries, clinical studies and life sciences M&A processes, among others. In the field of Compliance, he provides advice on corporate governance, anti-corruption, criminal liability of legal entities and compliance programs. In addition, he is responsible for the Compliance and Lobby Law Unit of the Eclass Diploma in Corporate Law at the Universidad de Los Andes (2021 to date). She is a member of Women in the Profession, Chilean chapter. Co-founder and member of the Global Alliance of Women in Life Sciences (GAWL).
