Her practice focuses on Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate and Commercial Law, and Banking, Finance and Securities. She received her law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso. She has a Diploma in Public Management from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (2002) and a Master in Business Law (c) from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Spain (2008). She previously worked at Grasty, Quintana, Majlis & Cia.(2001-2006) and acted as counsel to the Committee of Constitution, Legislation and Justice of the Chilean Senate. Ana María is professor of Corporate Financing at Universidad Adolfo Ibánez.
