Rob Brouwer runs an extensive employment law practice with an emphasis on advising enterprises regarding employment contract law, employment conditions, collective agreements, employee participation law, organisational changes, restructuring, transfer of undertaking, and the statutory director’s position. In particular, Rob works for national and international groups, collaborating with the German Desk and the International Desk on cross-border matters. Rob has been a partner since 1991. He earned a post-graduate degree in Employment Law at the Grotius Institute and managed the firm’s Employment Law department for years. He is a member of the Dutch Association of Employment Attorneys and regularly gives lectures on current developments in employment law.
