He also maintains a broad corporate and company law practice and has extensive experience in complex international (M&A) transactions.Roald has an international network of clients in small and medium-sized businesses and listed companies, both domestically and internationally. Roald is a member of the Dutch Commercial Law Association and the Dutch Lawyers Association (NJV). He has been working since 1984 and has been a partner at Boels Zanders since 2021.
