Remco Rosbeek runs a financing and security law practice. He routinely advises businesses, financiers, and shareholders on setting up financing, always focusing on maximum limitation of business recovery risks. Remco is an insolvency law specialist and is regularly appointed as a liquidator in bankruptcies, often advising businesses, shareholders, and financiers in order to avoid bankruptcy or minimise the consequences. The two specialisms complement each other; after all, a bankruptcy is the litmus test of a financing arrangement. Conversely, the insolvency practice requires more and more specific knowledge of financing products. Remco manages the financing & securities team at Boels Zanders and is a member of the insolvency law team, which he previously managed for several years.
