During acquisitions, she maintains a clear overview for her clients where others lose it. She advises and contributes ideas on legal, financial, and strategic aspects.Milou specializes in corporate acquisitions, legal mergers and demergers, shareholder relations, and joint ventures. She also advises clients on general corporate law issues.Milou studied at Maastricht University, where she obtained her master's degree with honors. In 2022, she successfully completed the M&A specialization program at VU Law Academy. Since 2017, Milou has been a lawyer affiliated with Boels Zanders' Mergers & Acquisitions department.
