Jeroen Tulfer Bio

Jeroen tackles legal issues with an eye for the individual behind the case. He devises solutions to his clients' challenges. He is energized by the diversity and complexity of the work. He settles when possible and litigates when necessary. He prefers to do so in an atmosphere where colleagues and clients strengthen each other in the challenging and meaningful work they do.Jeroen runs a corporate law practice from our Eindhoven office. In his role as trustee, he has extensive experience advising and litigating on insolvency law issues (both national and international) and supporting companies facing difficult times. Jeroen also specializes in corporate law and advises and litigates on matters including shareholder disputes and directors' liability.Jeroen is a partner and has been with Boels Zanders since 2002. He completed the Grotius postgraduate program in Insolvency Law with honors and, also with honors, the Grotius postgraduate program in Corporate Law and Enterprise. He also completed the Restructuring Expert program at Leiden University.Jeroen regularly gives workshops on topics within his area of expertise. He writes blogs on current legal topics and is an editor of OR Updates. He is also a member of the Association of Insolvency Lawyers (INSOLAD) and the Corporate Litigation Association. He also volunteers for the Heerezitting Remunj Foundation and is a member of Lions Weert-Kempenbroek.
