Bio

Jeroen Oehlen has a corporate law practice with an emphasis on transactions (mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships/collaborations) and international commercial contracts. Jeroen is a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions team of Boels Zanders. Jeroen has been with Boels Zanders since 1997, and was appointed partner in 2007. He was managing partner of Boels Zanders from 2017 to 2020. Jeroen is chairman of the European Board and a member of the Global Executive Committee of ADVOC, the international network of independent law firms, with over 90 partners in over 70 countries.
