As a specialist in mergers and acquisitions, Janou frequently works with returning clients, both nationally and internationally. She also coordinates international collaboration and services at Boels Zanders.Janou is very active within ADVOC, the international network of independent law firms with 90 partners in over 70 countries. She chairs the ADVOC Corporate Practice Group. She is also the contact person for Boels Zanders' Smart Start Limburg partnership, which serves foreign companies seeking to establish themselves in the Netherlands.Janou is a partner and has been working at Boels Zanders since 2006. She graduated in Commercial & Corporate Law and Private Law from Maastricht University. Janou completed the Grotius Academy specialization program in Corporate and Business Law with honors.
