Hayat Barrahmun has been a lawyer since 2002 and specialises in employment law and pension law. Hayat is passionate about issues in the field of employment law and pension law. She has wide experience in a variety of issues ranging from collective dismissal cases (in reorganisations) to individual employment issues, including disability, file building, labour conflicts and change processes. Hayat is leader of the pension team. Based in our office in Eindhoven, Hayat acts on behalf of national and international companies. Hayat is a member of the Dutch Employment Lawyers Association (VAAN), the Employment Lawyers Association of Breda/’s-Hertogenbosch, the Pension Lawyers Association and a member of various networking organisations, such as the Brabant-Zeeland Employers’ Association, PO Kring Brainport and the KPMG Female Management Network. Hayat studied at Maastricht University. In 2005 she completed the Grotius specialist course in Employment Law and in 2017 the specialist course in Pension Law at the Free University of Amsterdam. Hayat also completed the Conflict Mediation Course in 2009.
