Only then can you provide them with targeted support.Even though lawyers are often heavily involved in paperwork, it's still human work. Efficient, straightforward, and comprehensive: that's how Daan achieves the best results for his clients. He primarily focuses on (company) acquisitions and shareholder agreements. He also advises on general corporate law issues.Daan studied law at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam with a master's degree in Civil Law. As a lawyer at a medium-sized law firm in Alkmaar, he gained experience in broad corporate law and developed a passion for mergers and acquisitions. Since 2022, Daan has been affiliated with Boels Zanders. In 2025, he completed the Grotius Academy program in Corporate and Business Law with honors.
