Bio

Anouk Cordang is specialised in employment law and social security law and experienced in counselling and litigating in those areas. She is also a mediator and a member of Boels Zanders’ healthcare team. Anouk guides and counsels both companies and private individuals in matters including reorganisations, employee participation issues, dismissal cases, questions regarding disability, and social security legislation with a special focus on the self-insurer ZW/WGA. Anouk has broad experience in employment contracts and is routinely involved in employment law proceedings. Anouk graduated from Utrecht University in private and social law. She completed the Grotius Employment Law specialist course in 2009. She has been an attorney since 2001 and has worked at Boels Zanders since 2010. Anouk is currently a board member of VAAN (Dutch Employment Attorneys Association). From April 2014 to March 2019 she was the chairman of VAAAL (Employment Attorneys Association of the District of Limburg). Together with Judith Wintgens, Anouk gives Masterclasses Governance and Employee Participation for directors and supervisors, which are organized by Supervision Limburg, Bestuurderscentrum and the University of Maastricht.
