Bio

Frank Manley is a member of the Banking, Business, and Emerging Companies and Venture Capital practice groups. He represents clients in a variety of general business transactions and in matters involving corporate governance, commercial contractual issues, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and debt and equity financing. Most recently, Mr. Manley practiced in the New York office of a global law firm where he focused on complex financial transactions. In that role, he worked with commercial and investment banks, hedge funds, and public and private companies to structure and execute a wide range of domestic and cross-border banking, financial services, and debt trading and investment transactions, including leveraged acquisition financings, investment grade credit facilities, debtor-in-possession loans, capital structure reorganizations, opportunistic investments, and tax restructurings. Prior to that, he worked at a large, international Boston-based firm as a member of the finance and debt capital markets practice group. In that position, he represented top-tier private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, venture funds and late stage VC-backed companies, public companies, investors, and lenders, gaining significant experience on both sides of such transactions and becoming familiar with a variety of commercial agreements. At Harvard Law School, from which he graduated cum laude, Mr. Manley served as an editor for the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy.
