Annalise represents corporate clients with a particular focus on the healthcare industry. Annalise represents a wide range of healthcare clients including hospitals, medical practices and other healthcare providers, long-term care facilities, management services organizations and clinical research organizations. Annalise advises clients on corporate law matters and mergers & acquisitions, including corporate governance, corporate formation, the corporate practice of medicine, complex commercial transctions and all aspects of M&A transactions in the healthcare industry as well as other market sectors from transaction structure and regulatory matters to drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements. Before Bodman, Annalise worked as a corporate legal extern for a nationwide voluntary health organization and as a former intern for U.S. Representative Tim Walberg in Washington, DC.
