Adomas Rauckis Bio

Adomas Rauckis focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters, public securities offerings, and venture capital financing. Mr. Rauckis’s clients range from startups to established mid-market enterprises and publicly traded companies. He has advised both buyers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions ranging from less than $10 million to over $1 billion. Mr. Rauckis has substantial experience in complex M&A transactions and has led deal teams to successful closings across various industries including tech, healthcare, real estate, construction, manufacturing, and financial and insurance services. He also served as lead attorney on venture capital financing transactions and has guided startup companies from seed round to exit in the tech, wellness, pharmaceutical, and cybersecurity industries. Mr. Rauckis belongs to the State Bar of Michigan’s Business Law Section and is part of the Association for Corporate Growth.
