Pier Luigi Morara Bio

He is an expert in M&A, corporate transactions, and commercial contracts, where he provides corporate advisory services to businesses and in extraordinary transactions, both domestic and international. He also practices in restructuring and insolvency proceedings. He is also an expert in cooperative law and has authored numerous publications on the subject. He serves on the boards of directors of joint-stock companies, including listed companies, as well as on the supervisory bodies of several companies. He is an adjunct professor of commercial law at the University of Bologna, Faculty of Economics.
