Bio

He deals with corporate and commercial law and is specialised in both national and cross border M&A transactions of companies, including listed companies, and corporate governance. In 1997 he obtained his Master of Laws (in International Business Transactions and Trade Law) at Fordham University in New York and in 2005 he also gained professional experience at Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP in New York. He is member of the Bar Association of Bologna.
