Jeroen Latour extensive litigation experience as a corporate lawyer forms the basis of his current practice, in which the emphasis has gradually shifted to transactional and advisory work. As a corporate lawyer, Jeroen mainly advises companies, including multinationals and listed companies, on various aspects of corporate law. These companies are active in a wide range of businesses (e.g. real estate, agriculture, energy and aviation). Results count, and in order to achieve results, a strategic battle plan with careful execution is required. Jeroen has registered Business Law as his main practice area with the Dutch Bar Association, and Company law as a sub-practice area. On the basis of this registration, he is obliged to earn ten training points per calendar year in this main practice area, according to the Dutch Bar Association standards.
