Louise Benning is Partner and Head of the Property Development team. Louise oversees a team that includes specialist lawyers in Real Estate, Residential Development and Property Litigation. Louise’s expertise lies in Residential development. She acts for small and large scale developers, as well as property investors in acquiring development land and the related plot sales. Louise regularly advises developers on the negotiation of site acquisitions, s106 Agreements and related plot sales, option agreements, overage agreements and conditional contracts.
