Edward Lee is a Partner and Head of the Corporate and Commercial team with over 30 years’ legal experience within the technology, real estate and motoring industries. Edward has particular expertise in merger acquisitions and corporate transactions. He specialises in undertaking large and complex cross-border transactions and has experience in deals involving SaaS and non-profit businesses. As well as corporate experience, Edward advises financial institutions, small VCs/PE houses, HNWI and instructs management teams in primary and secondary buy outs. Chambers and Partners recognises Edward as a ‘pragmatic’ and ‘commercially minded’ Corporate and M&A lawyer ranked in Band 1.
