He also advises on tax qualification, error correction, fiduciary responsibility, employee stock ownership plans (“ESOPs”), and employee benefits and executive compensation aspects of corporate transactions, in addition to litigation involving the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”).
