Gil represents entrepreneurs, corporations, and investors in all phases of the business cycle, from incorporation to financing (angel, strategic, non-dilutive, venture capital, private equity) to business development and growth, and mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”). Gil has been involved in funds formation and various investment vehicles. Gil has represented numerous companies and individuals from various countries in cross-border transactions, M&A, sales channel setups, and operations.
