Bradley Albuery is a Partner and Head of our Regulatory Group, which advises public and private sector organisations and individuals on investigations, compliance, reviews, prosecutions and risk management. Bradley was a criminal defence lawyer for 20 years before specialising, over 15 years ago, in professional regulation. He provides support to regulators, organisations and individuals facing investigation and enforcement action. He has particular experience in the healthcare, education, legal and accountancy sectors. He has managed the investigation of hundreds of cases, including high profile and sensitive matters in which he has also been the advocate. He also assists with the drafting of governance frameworks and guidance, provides training on investigations and good decision making and provides support to strategic reviews and internal audits.
