Patrick Menda Bio

Patrick Menda co-leads the Firm's Private Equity group and the Corporate & Commercial group in Montréal. His practice focuses on business acquisitions and divestitures, corporate finance, securities regulation, and corporate and commercial law. He regularly provides tactical advice and legal counsel to both domestic and international strategic and sponsor clients on a broad range of matters, including the negotiation of transaction and commercial agreements and securities regulatory compliance. Patrick routinely advises private equity clients at each stage of the investment lifecycle: from fund formation to fund management and governance, financing, acquisitions and investments, management of portfolio companies and exit strategies. Patrick is fluent in both English and French.
