Kevin Kerr acts for a broad range of clients on corporate and commercial matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint venture arrangements, private equity investments and cross-border transactions. He also has significant experience in the energy sector, including conventional oil & gas, oil sands, royalties, renewable energy, power generation and retail, and negotiating agreements with respect to upstream, midstream and downstream energy projects, energy services and power projects. Kevin is a member of Blakes U.S. initiative team, primarily responsible for activities and presence in Houston, Texas.
