Joshua Whitford Bio

Joshua Whitford practice focuses on international inbound and domestic mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and structured equity. He has acted as counsel to some of the largest international sponsors, private equity investors and pension funds in connection with buyouts, minority investments, exits, shareholder arrangements, corporate finance and corporate governance. Joshua joined Blakes in 2021 after practising for five years at preeminent New York-based international law firms.
