Bob Wooder Bio

Bob Wooder practice focuses on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. He advises public and private companies as well as financial institutions. Bob has extensive expertise in advising on take-over and issuer bids and private equity financings, and as independent counsel to boards of directors. Bob is the former chair of the Firm's Compensation Committee.
