Alain Massicotte Bio

Alain Massicotte heads our Montreal Infrastructure/P3 Group where he specializes in project finance and public-private partnerships (P3s). He counsels many foreign governments with respect to infrastructure projects and P3s (concessions, delegated management of utilities). He has acted as counsel for the governments or for agencies of Morocco, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, the Solomon Islands, Ivory Coast, Congo (Brazzaville), Chad, Cameroon, Senegal, Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Albania, India and Guinea.
