Tim Andison Bio

Tim Andison practice focuses on a wide variety of M&A and debt and equity capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), high-yield and other debt offerings, restructurings, and liability-management transactions. He also advises corporations and boards on governance matters. He has acted for numerous underwriters, issuers, financial sponsors, lenders and borrowers based in Canada, the United States, South America, Europe and Asia. Before joining Blakes, Tim practised as a member of the capital markets group of a leading U.S. law firm in its London, New York, Singapore and Toronto offices.
