Tamara Nachmani practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, fund investment and formation, and other complex corporate restructurings and transactions, with an emphasis on private equity transactions and investments. She regularly advises purchasers, vendors and targets on domestic and international M&A transactions. She also advises sponsors, managers, and institutional and other investor clients on forming and investing in pooled fund investment vehicles. Tamara's experience with both fund managers and investors provides her with a unique perspective to provide a 360-degree view of the relevant market issues. She has represented clients in the financial services, media, technology, telecom, life sciences and infrastructure sectors, among others. Tamara previously completed a secondment at a media and technology company where she acted as in-house counsel, advising on a number of acquisitions and providing practical day-to-day advice. She was also seconded to a foreign investment bank where she was engaged on a variety of corporate and compliance matters.
