In her practice, Shannon Consedine focuses primarily on commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions and assisting clients with general corporate and commercial matters. Shannon has participated in a range of transactions in various sectors, including renewable energy (including acquisitions of wind, solar and biomass projects), manufacturing and services, food distribution, insurance and technology. She advises clients on various aspects of the transaction process, from due diligence to transaction closing, including the drafting and reviewing of transaction agreements. Shannon is fluent in French and English.
