Peter Keohane has broad experience in many areas of business law, including executive internal counsel and business related positions with an international energy firm and an international financial services firm. Peter's practice focuses on domestic and international commercial transactions, primarily in, but not limited to, the energy (oil, gas, power and renewables) and agribusiness sectors, with an emphasis on mergers, acquisitions and dispositions; joint ventures; project development; structured commodity off-take and supply transactions; and energy and other commodity marketing transactions. Peter's experience includes significant transactions and projects in Alberta, as well as in other Canadian, US and international jurisdictions. Peter is a member of the Blakes Executive Committee.
