Bio

Jeremy Ozier practice focuses on advising clients on a wide variety of international and domestic capital markets transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions for public and private companies. He acts for both issuers and underwriters on public offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities. He also advises Canadian and international companies on a wide range of corporate governance and securities law compliance matters. Jeremy summered at Blakes after his first year of law school and articled with the Firm upon graduation.
