Evan Straight advises clients on corporate and securities law matters with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions, including offerings of equity and convertible debt. In addition, he has extensive experience advising clients with respect to Canadian securities law compliance, corporate structuring, corporate governance and commercial matters. Evan was previously based in the Firm's New York office, where he developed cross-border transactional expertise focusing on Canada/U.S. cross-border M&A transactions and financings.
