Anthony Lanouette Marier practice is focused on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, fund formation and investments, and commercial law matters. Anthony has participated in a range of transactions in various sectors, including energy, mining, manufacturing, service, insurance and transportation. Anthony was seconded to the legal department of one of Canada's largest pension investment managers, where he assisted with domestic and international private equity, real estate, infrastructure and natural resources investments, joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions. Anthony is fluent in English and French.
