Angelo Noce provides legal services to a broad range of domestic and international clients in relation to complex transactions, as well as specialized aspects of corporate and commercial law. His practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, energy, joint ventures, capital investments and divestitures, and infrastructure projects. Angelo has acted as counsel to numerous foreign entities in establishing, financing and expanding their business in Canada, and has advised entrepreneurs and investors on structuring their holdings in a variety of industries. He has over 25 years of experience on complex share and asset purchase transactions for both strategic and private equity clients, in such sectors as food and agribusiness, aerospace, defence, automotive parts, high tech, energy production, software, publishing, and pulp and paper. Angelo has authored many articles, principally in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, energy law and joint ventures, and is frequently asked to speak on these and other corporate and commercial law topics for several organizations and university faculties. Angelo sits on the Firm's Partnership Committee and his external board involvement includes the board of directors of the Italian Chamber of Commerce and the advisory board of the M&A Club. He is fluent in English, French and Italian and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
