Scott is one of our founding partners and heads the firm’s banking & finance practice. He is ranked as a Leading Individual in The Legal 500 and ranked in Chambers UK for banking & finance in Scotland. He deals with a wide range of transactions across the full spectrum of financing and advises borrowers, sponsors and lenders. He has particular expertise in relation to sponsor side M&A financing in the energy services sector. Scott is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland with more than 25 years’ experience working on corporate lending and acquisition finance transactions.
