Ross Fair is one of the firm’s partners specialising in corporate and commercial law. He has extensive experience of corporate transactions in the UK and worldwide, with a particular focus on M&A and private equity activity in the energy sector. Ross advises a wide variety of clients including private equity investors and their portfolio companies, individual investors, management teams and other corporate entities (including in relation to everyday and ad hoc corporate matters).
