She is ranked in Chambers UK and recommended in The Legal 500, with over 20 years’ experience of dealing with corporate transactional matters. Judith acts for the full range of corporate clients from small management teams to large corporates and from venture capitalists to large private equity on the full range of transactions. She regularly deals with multi-jurisdictional matters with a particular focus on the energy services sector.
