Simon Allison leads our award-winning Employment Team and has specialised in employment law for over 15 years. He regularly appears before employment tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal, predominantly for employers. He gives advice in relation to the full gamut of issues from recruitment to performance management right through to TUPE and social media. Simon has been accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in employment law since 2013. Chambers and Partners 2019 states that “Simon is very knowledgeable and he is extremely focused on what your problem is at hand and what the solution needs to be.” Simon is the most followed employment lawyer on Twitter in Scotland and was awarded “Lawyer of the Year” at the 2018 Scottish Legal Awards.
