Bio

Scott is a Partner in our Trust, Tax, Care and Guardianship Unit and is also Chairman of the firm. He has a wide variety of experience in private client work, including making Wills and Powers of Attorney, administering Estates, Trust Creation and Administration and the management of the financial affairs of many elderly and less capable clients. Scott is also involved in charity work, setting up, and running charities and being involved as a Charity Trustee. His clients are mainly individuals - of all ages, Trustees and Attorneys. Scott has specialised in Trusts for a number of years now and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners - STEP. As a Notary Public he is also one of very few British members of the International Union of Notaries.
