Joanne is a Partner in our Property Services team and the Head Partner in our Perth office. Joanne has a wide variety of experience in dealing with the legal aspects of property transactions throughout Scotland which includes purchases, sales, transfers of title, re-mortgages, short assured tenancies, and title queries Joanne works for an extensive range of clients based in the UK and abroad, including private individuals, companies, property investors and developers, lenders, charities, and trustees in sequestration. Joanne also advises clients on general private client matters and in particular the preparation of Wills, Living Wills and Power of Attorneys.
