Todd Capitano Bio

Todd Capitano has extensive experience with shareholder and partnership disputes, complex business litigation, including breach of contract, unfair trade practices and business tort claims, and noncompetition and employee departure matters. He routinely advises clients concerning construction disputes, commercial landlord-tenant disputes and land use issues. Todd also advises clients regarding the avoidance and resolution of disputes prior to litigation and assists with negotiating and drafting employment-related contracts. His practice includes handling matters before state and federal trial and appellate courts, including before the North Carolina Business Court, in arbitration and before administrative bodies.
